Residents want better GP and community health services
22 April 2009

Earlier in the year over 80 local people crowded into Bridge Park Leisure Centre to debate the state of Brent’s health care.  There was a day’s lively discussion about the benefits and disadvantages of keeping GP, pharmacy and NHS community services as they are or adding bigger centres where all people’s health needs could be met in one visit. The most important issues were longer opening hours and more services in one place.

A summary of the day’s discussions can be found on our Improving and Developing Primary and Community Services section of our site.
