Occupational Health

Our Occupational Health department offers a service to NHS and non-NHS organisations. This includes pre-employment screening, fitness to work assessments (sickness absence), work protection, travel abroad immunisation programmes at reduced rates to staff, and many health and safety related functions, including work place risk assessments.

Support services for staff are provided through counselling, support group strategies and complementary therapies.

Back care and musculo-skeletal complaints are dealt with through a rehabilitation programme run by the fitness suite, moving and handling training and physiotherapy services.
